The Certificate in Career Counseling (CCC) course focuses on developing human skills in the field of career counseling. The course aims to enable each participant to discover their personality, character, traits, and human skills, as career guidance is a core need of the youth and requires professional career counselors. It is the right of the youth to make career decisions based on scientific ways. The CCC training program provides skilled career counselors to Pakistani society.

The areas that will be covered in the course are the scope and nature of career counseling, developing counseling skills using the LQPP model by MBR, conducting a counseling session, counseling for students, school leavers, and adults, career interventions in the 21st century using the PSP model by MBR, personality grooming, entrepreneurial competencies, and developing a career center as a business.

Course Objectives:

  • Prepare individuals for anticipated change in their workplace and daily life.
  • Empower participants to implement career planning skills to set future career direction.
  • Enable professionals to plan and execute an effective counseling session to meet clients’ needs.
  • Train them to explore how and where to find employment in the job market.
  • Prepare participants to help students/employees/relatives for their chosen careers.
  • Prepare participants to work in social services offices, employment and staffing agencies, and private practices.

Eligibility:
We welcome applications from graduates with at least seven years of professional experience.

Course Inclusion:
Customized blend learning methodologies include Role Plays, Practical scenarios with examples, Articles and Case Studies, Books and Course Material, Interactive Sessions, Peer Learning, Framework for Implementation, Presentations, Training, Coaching, and teaching Teaching.

Duration:

Days & Timing: Sunday classes from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. (flexible upon request)

Duration: 4 months (54hrs + 16hrs = 70 hours)*

Program Fee:

Rs. 45,000/- (exclusive of taxes)

  • Note: scheduled Classes of 54 hours for capacity building and Case Study of 16 hours practicum
