Aizza Anwar

Aizza Anwar is a Ph.D. candidate at the School of Management, Universiti Sains Malaysia, and a Lecturer at the University of Management and Technology, Lahore, Pakistan. She has earned her MS degree from the School of Management, Comsats Institute of Information Technology Pakistan. Her areas of interest are human resource management, organizational behavior, leadership, digitalization and sustainability, workplace bullying and psychological distress, workplace stressor, and leadership. She is also served as a speaker at multiple academic and industrial sessions. She has been part of the board of advisors of HR Walay since 2015. She is part of the team conducting funded projects with the Malaysian government, such as Penang Youth Development Corporation and Penang State Government under MMK for Social Development. She has published papers in several recognized journals and is a reviewer of a number of recognized journals. She has been part of the international conference organizing committee in Pakistan and MalaysiaShe is an active academician and researcher and has supervised and conducted many industrial projects.

Mehwish Rafique

Mehwish has been in psychology for more than 9 years. She is a Clinical Psychologist and currently serving in a private Rehabilitation center in the capacity of Senior Clinical In-charge. She has completed an M.Phil in Clinical Psychology and is an expert in humanistic and existential therapies. She is also a Certified Hypnotherapist (licensed NLP practitioner) and a Certified Career Counselor- CCC. She has been part of the board of advisors of HR Walay since 2019.

Mufti Meer Haris

Mufti Meer Haris is a Deputy Director – Training & Development at Binoria University International, Karachi-Pakistan. He is a Professional Career Counselor and a Spiritual Healer. He performed his duties as Islamic Shariah Advisor & Scholar at Quran Academy. He has completed Al-Shahada-tul-Alamia (Dars-e-Nizami) from Wifaqul Madaris Board with a distinguished position. Also, achieved a specialization in Islamic Jurisprudence. Furthermore, he has completed a Master's in Islamic Studies from Federal Urdu University, Karachi. Currently, he is completing M. Phil in Islam and Life from Bahria University.

Syeda Mohsina Hussain

Mohsina has been in the helping professions for the last 10 years. She has worked in the development and education sector in various capacities. From developing high stake examination papers at AGA KHAN UNIVERSITY EXAMINATION BOARD to teaching undergraduate students at IQRA UNIVERSITY. She has developed and executed personality enhancement programs for college students and conducted several group and individual career counseling sessions for both Secondary and Higher secondary students. In the development sector, she served as a research, monitoring, and evaluation office and project coordinator. She was the part of ‘I AM SOMEBODY ‘campaign that ran across Pakistan in which the team successfully got a resolution passed in the National Assembly for the rights of street children in Pakistan. Mohsina earned a Ph.D. in Psychology from the University of Karachi in 2021. She has developed an interest inventory for the school, college, and university students of Karachi. She is currently a member of the ASIA PACIFIC CAREER DEVELOPMENT ASSOCIATION and the INTERNATIONAL ASSOCIATION FOR EDUCATIONAL AND VOCATIONAL GUIDANCE. Moreover, she has completed professional certificate course in Career Counseling from HR WALAY, an HR Family.
